Don't take this the wrong way: she just seems a little too mature.  Lilith in the games appears as a young adolescent.  Maybe it's her expression or her facial structure but Lilith here appears as a petite young woman.  A very, very attractive young woman with a petite figure and I'm forgetting what I was criticizing....
